Ate there for the first time on mother's day. The service was quick and nice. On sundays they have a deal for trios that include a classic burger, poutine and a drink for 18.99. For the poutine, I added smoked meat. The poutine was delicious. The cheese complemented well the smoked meat and the gravy they use. The burger was also great. It was quite juicy. Overall, I had a great experience.

Rock and Deli was definitely a great choice for hosting the Super Bowl game with friends. The food was delicious, and it made for a great game-day experience. The poutine was one of the highlights—the fries had the perfect crispness, and the combination of cheese and gravy was spot-on. Their gravy had a great depth of flavor, balancing well with the fries without being too salty or overpowering. It was definitely one of the better poutines I’ve had in a while. The Philly steak sub was also enjoyable, though it didn’t stand out as anything special. The flavors were good, but I think toasting the bread would enhance the texture and make it more enjoyable. A better ratio of meat to veggies would also improve the balance, as some bites felt a little off. The pickle was a nice touch—fresh, crunchy, and added a bit of tang to the meal, which complemented the heavier flavors well. For dessert, the mini churros were an absolute winner. They came out fresh, hot, and perfectly fluffy on the inside while having a nice crisp on the outside. The taste was just right—not too sweet but still satisfying, making them the perfect way to end the meal. I’d definitely reorder them without hesitation. Overall, Rock and Deli provided a solid game-day feast with great portions and flavors. The poutine and churros were definite standouts, and while the Philly steak sub could use a slight improvement, it was still a good option. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a satisfying, casual meal, especially when hosting friends for an event.

Tried their double cheese smash burger. A but heavy on the palette. Didn’t like the choice of potatoes for the fries, just my personal preference as I like straight cut crispy fries. Overall it’s was an ok experience need to try other things on the menu to give a more comprehensive review

One of the best smoked meat at Laval. Very clean and hygiene place surrounded with love and harmony food service. The flavor is outrageous and the prices are fair for a meal. Moreover,variety of salads are served, looks delicious and always fresh. The service is awesome and I'm sure I'll return back and have more meals at Rock N Deli

Tried Rock’n deli for the first time yesterday. The smoked meat sub was surprisingly good, I wasn’t sure how it would work in a sub, but it delivered. I got the combo and swapped the fries for poutine, which was tasty but a bit too salty for my liking. We also tried the Philly steak sub combo with Greek salad. The sub had great flavor, but the meat-to-veggie ratio felt off, could use more meat. The salad was fresh but slightly watery due to the cheese. Still, I’ll definitely be back.
