I’ve come here so many times (that’s why one of the photo was different loll). The dishes represents Tunisian culture I believe, which surprisingly, as an Asian customer who had really little knowledge about the country, I was amazed by how the food tasted, must say that I found some new favourite dishes! I find it really sweet of the waiter for letting us in 10min before their opening time as it was a really hot day. An edit update from my original review because if I can post a second review, I would. We came back again recently and now Abouda has menu with photos that assists customers who are not used to Tunisian cuisine. This is really nice of them to think of the customers for making these upgrades. Overall, cozy place, amazing experience, friendly staffs. I highly recommended and hope Abouda will be known by more and more customers.

Service is amazing. Food is delicious. I didn't know what to expect, it was my first time trying Tunisian food and I am not disappointed. I am vegetarian so I got the kafteji and I quite liked it.

Authentic Tunisian food, definitely worth trying. If you stop by Montréal and only have one chance, this is the right place. Not very fancy seating, but the food and service are just amazing 👌

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. They don’t take reservations so you might have to wait in line before you are seated. The smoke smell inside might be too strong for some people but we didn’t mind. The place is buzzing. So if you’re looking for a calmer place, you might wanna go somewhere else. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
