Great halal restaurant with good variety of options. The burger was excellent and fries crispy. The portions were also quite generous. Overall, I really liked it.

We went to Crusty’s for supper, not knowing it would be our last visit. Outside the entrance, one of the female employees was sitting and talking on the phone—on speaker. We walked in to find the restaurant completely empty. A few minutes later, a child came out from the back, followed by a young man. As we were sitting at our table, another couple walked in with the same female employee, and she took their order before ours, even though we had arrived earlier. We got up and went to the counter to place our order. We asked for: • One Mac & Cheese • One Habibi burger (plant-based patty, no cheese, no bacon) • One American burger trio with Coke Zero (also plant-based patty, no cheese, no bacon) We had to explain multiple times that we wanted both burgers made with plant-based patties, keeping the rest of the ingredients. The waitress didn’t understand the word “patty,” so we had to explain it in both French and English. We eventually made her repeated the order back to us, and we confirmed everything. Her phone remained on throughout the interaction. As soon as she finished taking our order, she picked it up and resumed her call. When the food arrived, we received: • Mac & Cheese • One burger with a plant-based patty • One beef burger (not what we ordered) We reminded her that we had clearly asked for two plant-based patties, and she replied, “I thought you said one beef Habibi.” We told her that’s why we asked her to repeat the order in the first place—to avoid this exact mistake. She brought us another burger but forgot the Coke Zero. When I asked about it, she said they only had Diet Pepsi. We accepted it, but when my girlfriend took a sip, she said it tasted off. She was right—the can had expired three months ago (photo provided). My girlfriend went to inform the waitress, who replied: “C’est pas moi qui l’a acheté, va voir c’est qui nous l’a vendu.” When my girlfriend asked to speak to a manager, a man came out from the kitchen and said he was the manager. While she was explaining the situation, the waitress interrupted and said, “Refund her the Diet Coke.” Meanwhile, the waitress was constantly going in and out of the kitchen, phone in hand, still talking non-stop and only pausing briefly when other customers walked in. She would take their orders quickly so she could go back to her phone call. There are two security cameras in the restaurant—if the owner checks the footage, they’ll see exactly what we experienced. To sum it up: the staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and unable to handle a simple order correctly. On top of everything, the place was dirty, food uncooked properly and cold. Photos attached—they speak for themselves.

Got some food off uber eats. Burnt fish and chips. It was a 2 for offer. They put everything in 1 box so less than 1 portion of fries with burnt fish. Didn't have my baklava rolls and replaced with a small piece of cheesecake and tried saying they cannot cancel through uber. If you don't have an item, you cancel it. Ordered mango juice and receive orange juice. DISASTER!!!

I love this place, the burgers are hands down the best I ever ate and a good atmosphere not to mention the friendly staff.

First time trying this spot after hearing about it a lot. Tried the fried chicken burgers and Mac and cheese. It's your average fast food spot with some specific interior design centered around sports. It's good but I wouldn't go out of my way for it either. The chicken was crispy and fresh. Mac and cheese was good, didn't give me Kraft style vibes. Fries and onion rings are crispy as well. Some of the menu items have weird combinations, I would suggest reading what's inside before ordering as it is not appealing to everyone. (Example: corn in burgers) Staff there at night seems helpful but only to a certain point. Ask for water or condiments and it seems like you are bothering them. The bathroom is very bleak and needs to be cleaned.
