Beyond disappointed. Don’t recommend this Laval location. Horrible portion and quality. Ordered whole chicken and it was stale . One portion of the chicken was cold and the other side was hot?!! Can’t even blame the delivery man because food arrived in less than 40 minutes of ordering. Chicken was dry which probably happened from reheating instead of actually cooking it. I paid $47 for this??!!!! It came with one Side dish and the portion is for a toddler. People buying whole chicken to share with family and you are charging top $$$ at least make it a proper meal no?. Grocery store sell same cooked whole chicken for 1/4 the price. Unacceptable how some Montreal restaurants try to fool customers. Grillado’s downtown Montreal location used to be IT place back in 2015.

Ali looked strong and athletic, which gave us confidence that he knew exactly what kind of meal would fuel us after a workout. He prepared a delicious and healthy meal that was perfect both for building gains and for staying on track with weight loss. The service was friendly, motivating, and genuine. Extremely disappointed with the food I ordered today. Some of the chicken was burnt. No sauce was given. When you pick it up they give some, so how come no sauce when we order delivery? You can't give sauce with a 70$ order?? The onions rings and fries were extremely soggy, dripping with oil. Their prices just go up as the quality goes down. We were regular customers but not anymore.
