Lunch. Lamb skewer and side of rice. The first bite counts, and I couldn't not tell you that the lamb is excellent. Perfectly marinated, perfectly cooked, tender, and with crunchy skin, and the aftertaste like a fine wine. Five star recommend. The rice is perfect and moiste and delicious. All washed down with a coke. Enjoy. July 22nd 2nd meal is Ailes de Poulet which I'm picking up tonight to take a picnic on Mont Royal tomorrow. Review demain.

I had an amazing experience at Baan Lao! The food was absolutely delicious, with incredible attention to detail in every dish, and the service was warm and attentive. It’s clear they care deeply about their craft and their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back for another visit

The food was amazing. The beef skewers were fantastic, and the pho, both chicken and beef, were superb and truly tasted authentic, even down to having bean sprouts and basil for garnish. I love that they serve Salaam Cola! One of the co-owners was working front of house and was very kind, and the service was 110% I wish this business could branch out to all provinces. When in Montreal, this place is a must, regardless of if you eat halal or not.

Halal Vietnamese and Bangladeshi restaurant It's my first time to eat halal pho in Montreal. It's delicious and comes in a big portion. Fast service, clean establishment, and very close from the metro station (located on rue Charlevoix). Rizwan is very polite and friendly. Will definitely come again!

I have never seen any kind and humble person running a restaurant. The young gentleman with beard I forget to ask his name what and amazing person to find me parking outside of restaurant and serving delicious food. The pho we ordered was great in quantity and full in taste and chicken spring roll was so good. It was an amazing dine in at Baan Lao. Thanks so much for the jasmine tea it was amazing. May Allah give barakah to this amazing place. Highly recommended and definitely coming again.
